SALMON QUICHE

9 Inch Pastry Shell baked and cooled (or use your Favourite Gluten Free recipe)

3 eggs, beaten
cup milk
3 Tbsp chopped Parsley
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
2 Tbsp Green Onions minced
1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp lemon Juice
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
tsp Dry Mustard
Mix together and Fold In:
2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
1 tin Red Salmon
Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to set before serving.
Garnish if desired with following Mixture:
cup Sour Cream
cup shredded Cucumber
Dill Weed
Pepper
