3 cups oatmeal (for Gluten free baking try McCann’s Oats)
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup raisins
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
cup melted butter
Line a 15” X 10” jelly roll pan with foil, greased. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Press evenly into pan. Bake at 325 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from pan and peel off foil. Cut into bars. Makes 36 bars. Source:
