1 can (15oz.)
Pinto Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 cup Bakers Cocoa
3/4 cup butter melted
1 Tbsp Vanilla
7&1/2 cups Confection Sugar
1 cup chopped Walnuts
In microwave
safe dish, crush beans with fork until smooth.
Cover and MV 1 to 11/2 minutes or until heated through
Add cocoa and vanilla (mixture will be thick)
Slowly stir in sugar, add nuts.
Press into 9X9 pan coated with cooking spray.
Cover and refridgerate until formed. Cut in 1 inch pieces.
Yield: 81 pieces
