SPEEDY SOUTHWEST SALAD
1 pkg(10) oz .ready to serve salad greens
1 can (15 oz)whole kernel corn
1 can   "    black beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing(I'll have to check if that is GF)
1/2 cup picante sauce ( or salsa)
1 cup broken tortilla chips(GF for celiacs )
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Place greens in salad bowl. Top with corn and beans. In small bowl combine salad dressing and picante sauce; spoon over veg. Sprinkle with tortilla chips, cheese and tomatoes.
Serve immediately   (6 servings)
